Mind-Space

What’s mind-space, you ask? Mind-space is all of the things you think about on a daily basis. The little things, the big things - all the things. The stack of papers piling up on the kitchen counter, because the kids have sports 3-4 times a week. The never ending piles of laundry scattered across the living room, because the baby kept you up all night (again) & you’re just exhausted. The shoes that are mindlessly placed all over the house and not necessarily together, because who has time to manage the family shoe situation. We’ve all got things to do like cook dinner, kids bathed, family time, appointments, me time, working from home and the endless amount adulating. Most of us are in a constant state of busy. We know what needs to get done, and it can be really hard to find the time. So these “things” float around in our mind-space.
